How to make muscles

If you are wondering how to make muscles then follow few of these tips to get strong muscles and have a fit body.

Push ups against bench

Place your palms shoulder width apart on the edge of a bench while keeping your feet behind on the floor. See that your torso and legs are in a straight line. Inhaling, slowly lower yourself towards the edge of the bench by bending at the elbows. Pause when your chest is close to the bench. Then exhale and push yourself upwards to the starting position by straightening your arms at elbow. You may take 3 sets of 15 reps.

Lying dumb bell pushovers

Lie with your back on the floor while keeping the knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Hold a pair of dumbbells above the chest with arms straightened upwards, with elbows very slightly bent and palms facing the knees. Inhale and slowly move one arm behind over the head towards the floor. When the dumbbell almost touches the floor, exhale and bring it back to starting position above the chest. Now repeat the exercise with the other arm and do alternate repetitions for each arm. You may take 3 sets of 20 reps.

Lying dumbbell chest press

Lie with your back on the floor while keeping the knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Hold a pair of dumbbells above the chest with arms straightened upwards and palms facing the knees. While inhaling, lower the dumbbells by bending the elbows towards the floor. When your elbows almost touch the floor, pause. Then exhale and straighten your arms upwards to the starting position. You may take 3 sets of 25 reps.
